What it includes
Single implants, multiple implants, and full-arch consultations. We use a 3D CBCT scan to plan placement, place the implant in our office, and restore it here too — no surgical referral, no separate restorative dentist.
Why we do it this way
Most general dentists place the crown but refer the surgery. That means two offices, two copays, two waits, two relationships to build. We bring it under one roof — Dr. Zan does the placement and the restoration.

How long does an implant take from start to finish?

Typical timeline is 3–6 months from extraction to final crown, depending on healing and bone quality. We map out the schedule on day one.
Is implant surgery painful?

Most patients describe it as easier than an extraction. We offer oral conscious sedation if you’d prefer to sleep through it.
Do you take Cardinal Care for implants?
