Accuracy

We work to keep clinical descriptions, pricing ranges, and insurance information current. Coverage rules, pricing, and clinical recommendations change; the controlling answer for your specific case is the one we give you at a consultation in the practice, not the one published here.

Booking and scheduling

We do not currently offer online booking on this site. To schedule, call 703-349-0099. Requesting an appointment by phone or in person does not, by itself, establish a dentist-patient relationship. That relationship begins at the in-office visit. Same-day availability changes by the hour; we confirm specific times when you call.

Text Messaging Terms

Program. Lunar Dental Patient Texts are text messages from Lunar Dental, 7120 Heritage Village Plaza, Suite 101, Gainesville, VA 20155, about your appointments and your care: confirmations, reminders, patient-forms links, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send marketing texts under this program.

How you join. You join by agreeing to receive texts on our patient forms or by telling our office. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of receiving care or buying anything.

Frequency. Message frequency varies with your appointments and your conversations with our office.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Lunar Dental does not charge for texts.

Stop. Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from us. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START or tell our office.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or call 703-349-0099.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Texts are not encrypted, so do not text us anything you would not want others to see; call us instead. How we handle your information, including your mobile number, is described in our Website Privacy Policy (https://lunardentalcare.com/legal/privacy-policy) and our Notice of Privacy Practices (https://notices.lunardentalcare.com/privacy-practices/).
